Sustainable drinking glasses made from old wine bottles

For our UPCYCLING glasses the lower part of a wine bottle is separated and then cleaned, cut, ground and polished. In the end, unique glasses are created, in different shades of green and white. They are minimalistic in design, ecological in material and fair in production.

Production of the sustainable glasses

The wine bottles are collected in Romania (Medias) from nearby bars and restaurants. Then they are cleaned, cut, sanded and polished. In the end unique glasses with a height of 10.5cm are created. They can be used as wine glasses, water glasses or small cocktail glasses.

Use and disposal

At the end of their life, the drinking glasses go to waste glass.
